In so many brand names of the smart, not even a single brand name is able to crack the Xiaomi model so far. But the Honor has finally done it. Honor is the sub-brand of Huawei and they always launched a powerful and good-looking smartphone but their prices always disappoint them.

Now the company learns something from the mistakes which is done in past and launched the new model of Honor with a competitive price tag. The name of the new model is Honor 9N. This smartphone is having the bezel-less display, good design, latest operating system, dual camera and a powerful processor.  The market price of thus smartphone starts from Rs 11,999. Still, there is no company in the Indian market who is providing this package at that price. Now we are going to talk about the features and review of the Honor 9N and these are as follows:-

DESIGN

As we know Honor is popular for providing good-looking smartphones. They always provide a good-looking design to their smartphones. So their model Honor 9n also comes with a good looking design and it is made by using glass and metal. The 2.5D curved glass is used for making the rear of the device. It is comfortable to grip the phone because of the round edges.

They provide the looks of iPhone X display to this device by using an FHD+ display with thin bezels on the side. The rear of the device contains a horizontally placed dual camera, LED flashlight, fingerprint sensor and the brand name of the Honor. At the left side of the device, there is a sim card tray and at the right side volume key and the power button. At the bottom mono speaker, 3.5mm audio jack and micro USB charging port is present. Overall Honor 9N is having a very attractive design.

DISPLAY

The display of the Honor 9N is 5.84-inch full HD+ with a resolution of 1080*2280 pixels. The display is covered with the gorilla glass for the protection of the display. Top of the display consists of a speaker grille and the front camera. There is an option for the disabling and enabling the notch as per the requirement.  A display is not reflective under the direct sunlight. For providing a better experience to the user there are different color modes are included in it.

The company includes an eye comfort mode in this device which provides relief from the harmful blue light. In this mode, display is covered with the yellow tint. There is a view mode which helps to control the size of the interface elements. There is one more feature included in that this device is having the liberty to have both FDH+ and HD+ resolution. If we compare this with other smartphones display in the same price range than it gave the best results.

 

PERFORMANCE

Honor 9N is powered with the Kirin 659 processor which is paired with 4GB RAM. This device is having the 64GB internal storage and user can expand it by using microSD card. It is having hybrid-dual SIM option which means that it depends on the user that they want to insert two sims or one sim or one memory card.  It shows better results when performing the multitask in the device. This smartphone will never disappoint the user.

This device provides the smooth performance but the Samsung phone lagged a bit. The mono speaker gave the good audio experience. This device run the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.. There are various apps from Honor included in it. The company includes a gaming mode which helps the user to enjoy the game without any distraction. Previous models of the Honors also contain various feature but this time Honor include a new feature of Bike mode. By this mode the call will be automatically answered with SMS or voice.

CAMERA

The camera of Honor’s smartphones always is a positive point. Honor 9N is having a better camera than the previous models of the Honor. This smartphone is having 13MP and 5MP dual camera with LED flash. A dual lens of this smartphone having their own feature one lens is helps in the capturing the image where other one helps in the dept detection. The front camera of this smartphone is of 8MP. In-depth effect secondary lens works really good.

The application of camera is having minimal modes and easy to use. Company said that in the update they will enhance the camera software and will add more shooting modes. The images captured at night is not impressive but the one capture in the morning is far better than that. The 8MP front camera of this smartphone capture good selfies. There is a beautification mode which enhance the quality of the selfie.
